As part of your purchase you have received unlimited email advice regarding your dog.

Occasionally you may have a
technical or customer support question.
 
In order for us to be able to handle all the requests for advice we receive every day we use this support system.
 
We answer questions in this order.
  1. Customer/Technical Support - Registered Customers
  2. Email Advice - Registered Customers
  3. Customer/Technical Support - Unregistered Customers
  4. Other enquiries
As you can see, being registered means you get priority. We do this because in registering we have all your details to hand and can help you quickly. Also, as you have taken the trouble to register it is only fair that we put you 1st.
 
There is also another reason why registering is a good idea.
No Lost Emails...
 
Increasingly we get email from people saying we have not responded when in fact we have and our reply has ended up in their spam or bulk email folder.
 
Email is becoming unreliable so by registering and using the Support Centre direct nothing can go missing or be placed either in our or your spam folder in error.
