Registration Errors - Username Taken or Email Taken

If you are trying to register and you receive one of these error messages but you are the owner of the email address:

The Error Message

Error: Username taken, please try another.

Error: Email taken, please try another.

Here's what to do:
  1. Go to the Help Centre and click on "Forget pass?" in the Login/Register box on the left hand side.
  2. Enter your email address in the box provided and click on "Lookup".
Your login details will be emailed to you. You will then be able to login using the password provided.

You can change the password if you wish once you are logged in.

Why this happens

 In order for us to manage all the requests we receive of email advice every day we use this support system to help. If you email us direct form your email application then a ticket is automatically created for you.

A username is created for you using your email address and a random password generated. A copy of this is automatically emailed to you but if you did not see it then is may have been put in your spam folder by mistake.

If this has happened please make sure to add support (at) bedogsavvy.com to your contacts or white list or your replies from us may end up in your spam folder two and you will think we have not replied.
