This holiday season, Shirley Lind says her family is complete. Maricopa County’s “Big Fix” Spay/Neuter Voucher Program made that possible. Lind and her two children have a new puppy, Kelani, after her daughter saw a sign at their neighborhood community center in Queen Creek showing golden retriever puppies for sale.
